Time Traveler found in Footage of 1928 film

So, the new sensation in the internet is the footage of a woman who walks into the premiere of "Circus" a Charles Chaplin movie that was released in 1928. But the curious thing is that she appears holding and talking on a cell phone. But the thing is that back in 1928 there was no cellphones. There are many theories, and the strongest one is that she might be a time traveler.
