So every year after Christmas I stumble upon videos of kids going crazy opening their presents, specially if it's about video game consoles. This kid for example got so excited to the point that he was humping the box:
Last year I found this video of this kid who got to open his Xbox 360 box only to find the box stuffed with clothes, except the video game console, and I saw in his eyes his loss of innocence and how cruel some parents can be. What is happening in the world?
And now I found this video of this kid who got his Xbox 360 and Halo 3 and was very grateful to the point he started crying:
World leaders are descending on the U.N. Climate Change Conference, the first step in setting new global commitments for carbon reduction. We all have a voice. Visit http://re.acciona.com/
What? Did I read that right? A man marrying a video game character? Japanese people never stop amusing me with their eccentricities.
Now this guy fell in love with the popular Anime video game character named Nene Anegasaki
Just in case you are interested in getting an Anime virtual girlfriend, I provide the name of the video game. Love Plus Impressions. So this guy is the first in the world to marry a virtual girlfriend. I wonder how their intimacy is (Actually I don't) What is happening in the world?
This is the description of the process involved in the making of this video. This video is so creative that I felt the need of sharing it with my readers. "This project was shot on video, over 2,000 frames were exported and effected in photoshop. Then we printed out each frame onto paper, cut them out, and had people all over LA hold them while we shot each one with a digital camera. Then we brought all the stills back into the edit and put them together again". This is the Myspace link to the creator of the video. http://www.myspace.com/sliimy
News Update: Believe it or not, the Bolivian police actually found the suspect drawn in the sketch. Due to Bolivian laws. His real face can not be shown to the media because he is under age. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, this is embarrassing.
It happens that there is this video on the internet that shows a sketch of a killer made by Bolivian police in graph paper. The funny thing is that it doesn't look like the sketches we are used to see on TV, it looks like it was drawn by a 5 year old kid. But, what surprises me is that they showed this on Bolivian TV. What were they thinking? Beside that, they try to sell the story with this tragic background music. When I first saw the video I thought it was a joke, but then I realized it was on the news and they were being serious. Here is the video.
With all the climate changes we are experiencing in our planet, mankind has become aware of the importance of keeping the environment green and clean. One of the solutions we have found is using other types of energy that don't destroy the environment and are a better than Fossil Fuels.
The Fossil Fuels are depleting due to it's exaggerated use, it is in our hands to stop its dependency that has been damaging the environment. What would happen if we don't act on time to prevent the deterioration of the environment? Under what conditions will the future generations find the planet?
There are many companies that are employing these alternate forms of clean energy, the media is also playing an important role in educating the community about the benefits of green energy, showing us how to save energy and keep the environment clean. It is our responsibility to save the planet and keep it clean for the next generations to come. I just can't imagine a future with a polluted planet, with water and food depleted. That would lead to more wars and bringing destruction to ourselves. Looking at it, this way makes me wonder, will the wars in the future be about water of food? I hope not. I hope we are not late to change. We have to commit to protect the environment by keeping it clean without polluting it, saving energy and using the water without wasting it. It is a matter of time before we get used to living green. We have to be Green friendly. One good example of living green is saving paper. Instead of having the bank print and sending you a paper statement, you should opt to paperless statement that are sent to your email, planting a tree or turn the lights and appliances off when are not needed. That way you will save money and the environment. 20 Things You Can Do To Conserve Energy.
I don't consider myself an expert in the matter, but I am aware of how important it is to save energy and the use of other sources of energy. I just want to spread the message and do my part to make this planet greener. So everyone creates awareness of this important topic that affects all of us. Before you waste energy or pollute, think about it. How are we going to live in the future? The choice is yours.
This is what I love about the internet, we are able to see things that are not common, things that are funny and all this information is available for us to share. I found this video of this dog playing Tony Hawk on top of the skateboard that comes with the game. What this dog does is unbelievable. This bulldog is better at Tony Hawk than you!
Spot thS Man.... See the Creativity This guy actualy paints himself and disappears in the background. I had a hard time finding him in the last picture of this post.
Do NOT Drink and Drive Check out this testimonial, it will impress you as much as it impressed me. I am pretty sure you have seen the following images in chain emails sent to you. On this page you will see the whole story!
Description: A very informative documentary about the real cause of global warming. It clearly discuss about the fact that CO2 is not cause of global warming. Take a look also at the Great Global Warming Swindle and Green House Conspiracy.
This video was taken at my home where I was showing off my display of a levitating water illusion. I can see that people are interested in how it is done...
The concept of strobing pulsating water to allow one to see drops rise, hover, and fall at different rates, is not new. MIT's legendary Harold "Doc" Edgerton used strobes to illuminate an unseen world of fabulous images (bullet striking an apple, balloon bursting, drop of milk splashing, etc.).
We have taken this principle and applied to a perceptual illusion known as the wagon wheel illusion. When one watches a spoked wheel turn on an old western movie, it appears to rotate in the opposite direction to its true rotation.
Here, we pulse the water extremely fast (you can't see the individual drops), but with a strobe (at the right frequency) they become "visible." Adjusting the frequency and valve rate you can get different effects. You assume that it is the "same" drop going down/up/hovering, etc., but it isn't. Your brain just groups it that way. The water is ALWAYS going down. Not shown on this video is the cool trick of filling a clear glass, while drops "magically" appear to rise out of the glass.
Yes, it is a very cool effect, lots of fun, and we have issued patents on creating this effect.
This is a simple site that tells you things other people accomplished when they were your age. Just fill up the box with your age and it will tell you. But don't feel bad if you haven't accomplished anything yet, you still got time.

Blockbuster ghost. Poor guy, I bet you he peed his pants. This is one of my favorite paranormal videos. He got no choice but to run away. This video confirms that the allegations by employees of a Block Buster movie-rental store in Mexico are real.
The strange things that occur there late at night, include touching on the back of the neck, blows of breath into ears and the flickering of lights. Do you believe in Paranormal Activity? I do.
Insurance Company Tells Woman to Get Sterilized This is the story of a woman whose insurance company tells her to get sterilized so she could be elegible for coverage. Because she had a C- Section in the past three years, and because the insurance company could not make a profit out of that. Can you believe this? Click on the link above for the full story.
Can you dance like this? The two are dancing over a piano on the floor. This is called the Big Piano, invented in 1976 by Remo Saraceni. One of them is located in FAO Schwarz Toy Store in 767 5th Avenue @ 58th st. I should go there to try the piano by myself. The two dancers on this clip got skills.
Did you know you can use vodka to remove lipstick from clothing? or to remove the glue left behind by a bumper sticker?. Rub the glue with a soft, clean cloth soaked with vodka. Among others listed in this interesting website.
It is nice and necessary to have a bottle of vodka handy at home. Besides being the perfect liquor, with no odor, no smell, it's great to combine in cocktails.
Josh Robert Thompson is a voice actor, and in this video he impersonates various actors specially the voice of Morgan Freeman and Robert De Niro. This guy is awesome. He's been on the Howard Stern show impersonating Arnold Schwarzenegger. Check out this funny clip.
This sounds weird, but there is this site that put together over 2000 voices of people recorded on the internet assembled to sing the song Daisy Bell. "Bicycle Built For 2,000 is comprised of 2,088 voice recordings collected via Amazon's Mechanical Turk web service. Workers were prompted to listen to a short sound clip, then record themselves imitating what they heard" "The song "Daisy Bell," originally written by Harry Dacre in 1892, was made famous in 1962 by John Kelly, Max Mathews, and Carol Lockbaum as the first example of musical speech synthesis. In contrast to the 1962 version, Bicycle Built For 2,000 was synthesized with a distributed system of human voices from all over the world". It is the song of the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey.
This site is dedicated to bizarre facts about earth that we might not know, but are very interesting. These are few of the facts that you can find on this website.
In 1783 an Icelandic eruption threw up enough dust to temporarily block out the sun over Europe.
About 20 to 30 volcanoes erupt each year, mostly under the sea.
A huge underground river runs underneath the Nile, with six times more water than the river above.
I am amazed about the things we don't know about earth. and knowing these facts make us understand better where do we come from.
The Bar code was invented on Oct 7 1952 in The United States, but the technology took off 20 years after when Laser Sensors were invented. Today on Google's website you can see they replaced the Google logo to a Bar Code that reads Google. The first product that used a Bar Code was Wrigley's Gum. Now there is a Bar Code for every product available in the market. Those little stripes contain information about the product, price, manufacturer information. etc.
There is this song that got stuck in my head, I hear it every day on a commercial promoting the smart phone MyTouch 3G with Google incluided. I really love this song. This song will be part of my Iphone collection. If you want to sing out, sing out by Cat Stevens. Enjoy
In MMA there is a lot of competition, and the fighters give their maximum effort to win a match by knocking out the opponent. I have seen quick knock outs, withing seconds, but never a quick and double knock out. This is unique this is the Funniest Knockout Ever!!!
Stop the slaughter of dolphins in Japan. Every year in the little town of Taiji in Japan, about 2000 dolphins are slaughtered just to sell their meat, even though the warnings about the levels of toxic mercury in the dolphins meat. The Japanese government tries to keep it a secret.
I just want to raise awareness before is too late. We as human beings, with total control of out actions should take care of the earth and all the living creatures that inhabit this beautiful planet. We all need to express our opinion against such acts. It is indignant how governments allow this to happen, and the worst is that we allow this to happen and don't do anything about it. Here is a link with full coverage about this matter: Sea of blood as Japan slaughters thousands of dolphins.
Just when I was going to hit my bed, I found this site where it shows awkward family portraits, I was cracking up watching them pose using different themes. And now I'm not sleepy anymore. What were they thinking? Here is the link to the site. http://www.guidespot.com/guides/awkward_family_photos/ I refuse to pose in a family portrait like that. Poor children. Oh my, What is happening in this world? Thanks to the person that collected this pictures!
Congratulations to Brazil for getting to host the Olympic Games on 2016. I know they will do a great job and they will be the first South American country to host the Olympic Games. They made history.
Unfortunately USA didn't get to host it this time, maybe in the near future. I can imagine the disappointment in Obama for not getting what he was looking for.
Now, I ask myself this question. Will Brazil be able to recover it's economy by hosting the FIFA World Cup and the Olympic Games? Not that I care, but it's just a question that came to my mind.
Here is a video clip that shows the moment they chose Rio De Janeiro to host the Olympic Games.
The Age Project is a website loosely built around the topics of aging, stages of life, and mortality.
Currently, the main attraction is a parlor game in which users try to guess the ages of other users based on a photograph.
If you want to be a part of it, just sign up and upload a photo of you, and people will try to guess your age. You will see the average age people thinks you are.
For those servers or Bartenders who work for chain restaurants and are required to ID costumers who appear to be 40 or under in order to serve them alcohol, this is a great tool to help them identify the age of whoever orders alcohol. It will help you judge their age using your criteria and help you keep your job in these tough times!
I went to The Doors official website, and it has a very cool feature. It's like a radio that only plays their songs. So, if you are a fan of The Doors, I recommend you check out their website. I would've love to see them play live and I don't think I am the only one. So we have to conform just by watching their videos available through their website or you tube. That is pure Rock. The thing I like about The Doors is the socially and politically charged lyrics, protesting about society through the voice of Jim Morrison. Also The Doors are known for their live performances that showed an allegory to pagan cults, in fact their concerts looked like pagan cults to the earth and nature.
Here I posted a couple of videos of The Doors performing live for us to enjoy. I think The Doors will never be outdated, in fact they are still alive through their music and serve as an inspiration to new generations of musicians.
I got nothing against girls, but this is true and funny. Girls, if you can come up with something similar probing guys are evil, send it to me and I'll post it!
Ever wonder how to tell if that pricey piece of steak you order in whatever restaurant or steakhouse is cooked to the temperature you ordered? Well, this is something you need to know so you don't get fooled when you go out for dinner, and will make you look like you know your steak. Check out this helpful website and it will tell you step by step on how to tell the doneness of your strip steak using your fingers.
This is an amazing video of a demonstration of a F18 Jet, breaking the speed of sound. It is very impressive. That is a powerful machine, can't wait to see something faster than that. As you can see the F18 leaves some sort of a circled cloud behind. Maybe one day we will reach the speed of light. But that's another story. Enjoy the video!
This dust storm in Sidney, Australia took everyone by surprise, causing in somehow chaos, delays in transit and flights. Fortunately nobody got hurt, but it was reported that a lot of people had problems breathing due to the dust. This phenomena doesn't happen often. I would've loved to be there for that. It looks like the atmosphere of Mars.
THIS IS WHAT ALCOHOL CAN DO TO A HOT GIRL Ladies, please don't drink and embarrass yourself in public like this chic did in a Football game. Look at that guy touching her breast right before security arrived. Since she was already drunk nobody believed her, so he got away with it.
Did you know if you are one million in China, there are 1,300 people just like you? And that China will soon become the number one English speaking country in the world? These are a few of the facts mentioned in this interesting video. The other facts freak me out. Check out this video, it is worth watching. It will make you wonder, about how are we gonna be living in the future.
I know this is not relevant anymore, but I have to say that Kanye West was an asshole for interrupting Taylor Swift's acceptance speech when she received the award of best video on the VMA Award claiming Beyonce's video is the best ever. We all know Beyonce is very talented, but it was Taylor's moment. What an ignorant, what a douchebag this Kanye West character is. He was under the influence of alcohol, he was seen drinking out of a bottle of Hennessy with his female companion prior to the VMA Awards. KANYE WEST DISRESPECTING TAYLOR SWIFT, THE RE-MIX.
KANYE WEST ALMOST BREAKS DOWN IN TEARS IN JAY LENO'S SHOW.
